TPM in Croatia and e-Cookbook Widely Available!

This week, the project management team behind InclusiGardens: Digital and Sustainable Pathways to Social Inclusion through Urban Gardening convened at Pučko otvoreno učilište Čakovec in Croatia for a productive two-day transnational meeting. The team, representing Slovenia, Croatia, and the Netherlands, reviewed the Zero-Waste e-Cookbook, a comprehensive resource featuring recipes, leftover transformations, and practical tips for minimizing food waste. Emphasizing affordability, creativity, and sustainability, the e-Cookbook can be accessed under “Results”.

During the meeting, the team discussed plans for the upcoming e-Toolkit—a user-friendly guide currently in development to help urban adult learners set up micro-gardens and adopt eco-friendly cooking methods. The e-Toolkit will incorporate playful learning strategies, inspired by interactive installations at the Treasury of Međimurje, visited as part of the event.
